Description
Responsibilities
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure in global field offices to ensure reliability and scalability
• Develop and manage technology systems and support profiles for all field locations
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure that IT solutions are relevant to location-specific needs and circumstances
• Travel to overseas field offices for technical discovery, support, and maintenance
• Utilize skills in Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Manage Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Contracts
• Conduct Network Analysis and implement solutions based on the findings.
Requirements • Proven experience in IT management roles
• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies
• Expertise in Cloud Technologies
• Strong knowledge of Database management
• Understanding of EO/IR systems
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Experience with Active Directory
• Proficiency in Backup Technologies
• Knowledge of Computer Hardware
• Experience in Configuration Management
• Understanding of Contracts
• Skills in Network Analysis
• Ability to lead and manage IT projects in an organization
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving capacity
• Excellent communication abilities
