Attention all Finance Professionals! I'm representing an exciting opportunity with a dynamic and progressive organization. If you're a detail-oriented and organized individual who's looking for a new challenge, this may be the role for you!
Responsibilities:
Daily Revenue Reporting: You'll be taking charge of preparing various daily revenue reports, ensuring accuracy and integrity across all revenue streams.
Finance Coordination: Collaborate with Finance to validate source code designations, ensuring everything is aligned.
Banking Management: Keep an eye on the bank account for automatic payments and initiate interfund transfer requests.
Reconciliations: From bank reconciliations to month-end close transactions, your expertise will keep everything on track.
Concur Software Maintenance: Assist employees with travel bookings and expense reports, and maintain weekly and monthly reporting to upload into Great Plains.
Amazon Business Prime Account Maintenance: Keep things organized by adding employees as needed.
Credit Card Transactions: Assist departments with credit card transactions and GL coding. You'll also prepare weekly and monthly payout reports.
Sales and Tax Compliance: You'll be responsible for sales and use tax registrations, tracking, and periodic reporting.
Asset Management: From fixed asset records to depreciation and reconciliations, your oversight will be essential.
Property Tax Assistance: Prepare Annual Personal Property Tax Return and assist in property tax audits as needed.
What You'll Bring:
A meticulous eye for detail
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Expertise in financial reporting and reconciliations
Familiarity with Concur, Great Plains, and other relevant software

Requirements
Experience and Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience
CPA preferred
