Description

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a File Clerk in the Healthcare/NHS industry, based in Washoe, Nevada. As a File Clerk, you will be primarily responsible for managing healthcare related documents in an organized and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Scanning and organizing medical records into PDF files for easy access and retrieval.

• Utilizing various software systems for document control purposes such as Adobe Acrobat and ADP -

• Ensuring accuracy

• Conducting regular audits to ensure all documents are accounted for and properly stored.

• Working onsite and adapting to changing work environment and responsibilities.

Requirements

• Must possess at least one year of experience in a Scanning and File Clerk role, preferably within the Healthcare/NHS industry

• Skilled in using Adobe Acrobat

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
