Robert Half Business Analyst in Watertown, Massachusetts
Description We are offering a contract-to-hire employment opportunity for a Business Analyst in Watertown, Massachusetts. The role primarily revolves around working with Service Cloud, focusing on case management and Sales Cloud with a concentration on Opportunities. The individual will be expected to work independently with the business to define requirements and translate them into user stories for the developers.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency
• Maintain, update and ensure the accuracy of customer credit records
• Resolve customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on account status
• Utilize Service Cloud to manage cases and provide solutions
• Work with Sales Cloud focusing on Opportunities to drive revenue and growth
• Use tools like Conga, CPQ or Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) to enhance sales processes
• Define business requirements independently and translate them into user stories for developers
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement and suggest corrective measures
• Implement agile scrum methodologies to streamline business processes. Requirements • Proficient in Atlassian Jira
• Experience with CRM systems
• Familiarity with Database management
• Knowledge of EO/IR systems
• Proficient in Gap Analysis
• Experience with AB Testing
• Familiar with Agile Scrum methodology
• Understanding of Business Process Functions
• Ability to create a Business Requirement Document
