Description We are offering an opportunity for two individuals to contribute to our inventory count project based in Watertown, Wisconsin. This role primarily involves data entry, where you will be entering data such as part numbers and quantities of items. This role does not involve the physical count, but focuses on the data entry portion of the project. While this is a short term contract employment opportunity, it is integral to the efficient functioning of our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Enter data for the inventory count project

• Use 10-key punch method for data entry

• Input part numbers and quantities of items accurately and efficiently

• Ensure high-volume data entry is completed within the project timeline

• Assist with any other data entry related tasks as needed

• Maintain the confidentiality and security of the data entered

• Collaborate with the team to ensure the project is completed on time

• Respond to any inquiries or issues related to the data entry process

• Ensure all data entered is accurate and up to date

• Assist with the resolution of any discrepancies in the data entered. Requirements • Proficiency in data entry tasks, including both alphanumeric and 10-key typing.

• Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume data entry tasks with accuracy and speed.

• Proficient in using various data entry software and tools.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies in data.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with standard office equipment such as scanners, printers, and copiers.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
