Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. The core function of this role is to provide impeccable customer service in a call center environment, handle customer inquiries effectively, and maintain accurate customer data.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or faxes in a timely and efficient manner.
• Handle and resolve customer issues related to paychecks, enrollment information, or hours worked.
• Communicate effectively with employers and employees to address their concerns.
• Ensure accurate and efficient data entry for maintaining customer records.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for various administrative tasks.
• Strive to meet or exceed daily metrics set for customer service.
• Engage in both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
• Ensure all customer interactions adhere to the established guidelines and protocols.
• Continually strive for improvement in customer service and work efficiency. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls
• Experience in a call center environment, handling customer service
• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Experience with email correspondence in a professional setting
• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
• High school diploma or equivalent education level.
