Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. As a part of our team, your primary focus will be to answer customer inquiries, process applications, and maintain accurate records. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Responding to customer inquiries over the phone and via email
• Processing customer applications and maintaining up-to-date records
• Handling calls related to paycheck inquiries, enrollment details, and work hours
• Communicating effectively with employers and employees to resolve issues
• Using Microsoft Excel and Word to manage data and correspondence
• Answering inbound and making outbound calls in a call center setting
• Meeting daily metrics related to customer service and call handling
• Using your skills in data entry to ensure accurate record keeping
• Ensuring all email correspondence is handled in a timely and professional manner. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls
• Experience working in a call center environment
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle customer queries effectively
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy
• Experience in email correspondence for customer support
• Familiarity with handling both inbound and outbound calls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress
• Willingness to work in shifts if required
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
