Our client, a manufacturer of automotive components, is looking for a payroll specialist to add to their growing team. The payroll specialist will be processing payroll for 200+ employees as well as garnishments, insurance and 401k's. The payroll specialist will be assisting the HR Manager with additional responsibilities as needed during new hire and onboarding. Experience doing payroll within a manufacturing environment is helpful although not necessary.

Requirements: The Payroll Specialist will be processing payroll for 200+ employees on a weekly basis. They will be reviewing time clocks and ensuring all employees are compliant within an HRIS platform for benefits. The payroll specialist will be working in ADP Workforce Now which is highly preferred. This candidate must have anywhere from 3 or more years of experience within a payroll capacity and the willingness to learn other responsibilities outside of payroll. A degree is not needed for this role, yet excellent communication skills are required.
