Robert Half Sr. Customer Service Representative in Wayne, New Jersey

Description We are in search of a Sr. Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Wayne, New Jersey. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the industry. The Sr. Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer orders efficiently using SAP and Macola.

• Ensure accurate entry of customer details and maintain up-to-date records.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve them promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required.

• Manage assigned customer accounts and ensure all their needs are met.

• Provide coverage for phone and front desk duties as needed.

• Utilize various computer programs and CRM systems to manage customer interactions.

• Perform data processing tasks and manage order entries.

• Use ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and Epic Software for efficient operation.

• Carry out billing functions and claim administration. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in computer programs

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

• Experience in data processing

• Proficiency in Epic Software

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Proficiency in About Time software

• Experience in answering inbound calls

• Understanding of benefit functions

• Familiarity with billing functions

• Experience in claim administration

• Proficiency in order entry

• Experience with SAP software

• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and provide superior customer service

• Proven record of handling customer complaints and queries effectively

• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Willingness to continually improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
