Robert Half Office Manager in Wayne, Pennsylvania

Description

We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team in Wayne, Pennsylvania. The role will involve a range of administrative functions, including managing customer credit records, processing credit applications, and ensuring the efficiency of daily operations in our telecom provider industry setting.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications

• Maintain up-to-date customer credit records

• Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely manner

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments

• Distribute requests to appropriate remarketers accurately and timely

• Manage team email box, ensuring timely distribution of all requests

• Reconcile unapplied cash for accurate posting and accounting

• Process check applications accurately and timely

• Research and submit refund requests as needed

• Conduct account reconciliations for accurate invoicing and delinquency

• Open, review, and document all incoming mail in a timely manner

• Gather, distribute, and report on all correspondence including contract and vendor information

• Send cancellation rejection letters as required.

Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service tasks and operations

• Experience with Operations management in an office environment

• Proficient in handling, managing, and processing Invoices

• Ability to conduct Research and Review tasks efficiently

• Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Capable of providing Workstation Support

• Experience in performing Reconciliations

• Proven ability to Answer queries and concerns in a timely manner

• Experience in managing Receipts, Refund Requests, and Delinquencies

• Familiarity with Backup Technologies

• Experience in handling employee Terminations

• Proven skills in Asset Management

• Understanding of Service Level Agreements

• Experience dealing with Dealers and Distributors

• Capable of generating and managing Quotes and Remittances

• Familiarity with Quoting procedures and Consignments

• Knowledge of HealthCare.gov procedures and requirements is a plus.
