Robert Half Corporate Paralegal in Webster, Massachusetts

Description Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing professional, administrative, legal support and paralegal services to client’s legal department, with a special focus on support for the client’s corporate secretarial and corporate governance functions. Responsibility for compiling materials for the boards of directors of the subsidiaries, including maintaining electronic directors’ portal. Responsibility for preparing regular governance-focused reports for legal department in home office.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience in the insurance industry is preferable.

Strong project management skills required. Legal research skills required.

Advanced written and oral communications skills are required, with basic knowledge of preparing legal documents.

Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Communicates effectively frequently, and with some discretion with other departments and third parties (including insurance regulators).
