Description Join our clients expanding business in the Services sector as a Full Charge Bookkeeper! We're seeking a detail-oriented individual to take over this critical position in our small office environment. If you have experience with Microsoft Dynamics or QuickBooks and thrive in a dynamic workplace, this role is perfect for you. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the company's financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. Process payroll, ensuring accurate calculations and timely payments to employees. Prepare and file various tax returns, including sales tax and payroll tax filings. Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. Generate financial reports and provide analysis to support decision-making. Collaborate with management to develop and implement accounting policies and procedures. Requirements: Previous experience in a full charge bookkeeping role, preferably in a small office environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics or QuickBooks software. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.   • Self-driven motivator who takes initiative on projects with a strong ability to understand and solve creative challenges

  • Dedication and requisite skills to meet critical business deadlines

    • Progressive accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • 2+ years of related experience- Proven analytical skills with ability to implement solutions and vendor management experience with good organizational skills
  • Foundational knowledge in payroll management

  • Expertise in Accounts Payable (AP)

  • General ledger experience

  • General familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

  • Adeptness in account reconciliation

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Full Cycle Accounting

  • Deep understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Check Runs

  • BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business-related field preferred

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high pressure environment, to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent
