Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Support Administrator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the sales department. This role involves assisting with various tasks, including data entry, order processing, customer service, and coordination with other departments to support sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Assist sales team with daily administrative tasks such as data entry, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing sales documents.

  • Maintain and update customer records and sales reports.

Order Processing:

  • Handle order processing and ensure all orders are accurately entered into the system.

  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

Customer Service:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, or chat.

  • Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.

Sales Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and support sales activities.

  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales materials and presentations.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate sales reports and assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Database Management:

  • Ensure the CRM system is up-to-date and accurate.

  • Manage and track sales leads and follow up on potential opportunities.

Event Support:

  • Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and conferences.

  • Prepare event materials and coordinate logistics.

    Requirements

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.

  • Experience with CRM software and order processing systems.

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
