Description Locally owned and fast growing company is adding a Customer Service Representative to receive Inbound calls their team. Their office environment is a fun and growing company of professionals who care about the success and wellbeing of others. The right Customer Service Representative is a strong team player and the ability to work independently. The Customer Service Representative will be talking with clients, coordinating technicians for scheduled client visits, building and maintain customer loyalty, handle telephone inquiries over the phone, resolve any customer issues regarding their account.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for retaining customers business by mining and growing accounts through solution based selling and accounting management via telephone, making quotes, and following up with customers.
