Robert Half is seeking a Grant Billing Clerk within the Non-Profit Industry who knows how to keep things organized and has an attention to detail. In this position, the Grant Billing Clerk is responsible for reviewing bills and performing data entry into spreadsheets and accounting software. What you get to do every day
Work closely with other functional teams to ensure data quality and accuracy
Review, evaluate, and process bills or invoices for services rendered
Assess billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, tracking down missing or correct data when necessary
Establish financial controls and procedures
Requirements - Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience required
Strong expertise in spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems
Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in accounting or finance- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
Grant accounting experience
Non-profit fund accounting experience
Blackbaud experience required
Strong familiarity with grant writing
2+ years of experience in a related role
