Description
A well-respected Robert Half client is seeking a Tax Senior to join the company. The ideal Tax Senior will have proficiency in Excel and tax software and technology, as well as expertise in various types of tax returns and financial statements. What you get to do every day
Put together and review complex income tax returns
Assemble and manage oversight of tax audits and tax correspondence and facilitation- Provide accounting managers and staff accountants with tax best business practices
Support with management of the preparation of quarterly tax projections and communication of required estimated tax payments
Supervise and review quarterly and annual payroll tax returns
Assist with compliance with financial and tax reporting policies and procedures
Ensure accurate calculation of W-2s and 1099s and assist in distribution
Aid in in planning and compliance regarding tax matters, such as waivers and tax returns
Help review all financial statements for quality control

Requirements
2+ years of supervisory experience
CPA preferred
5-7 years' experience in tax accounting
Bachelors or masters degree in Accounting or relevant field required
