Robert Half Project Assistant in West Chester, Ohio

Description We are in search of a Project Assistant to join our team located in West Chester, Ohio. In this role, you will be involved in a range of tasks from setting up and tearing down events, assisting attendees and distributing marketing materials, to data entry tasks and customer service duties. This role provides a short term contract employment opportunity where you will be integral to the smooth running of our operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the setup and tear down of events, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.

• Engaging in outreach to prospects via phone call, providing excellent customer service at all times.

• Ensuring all event leads are followed up on and closed out in a timely manner.

• Managing and organizing marketing materials, including distribution and storage.

• Performing data entry tasks, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

• Assisting in checking guests into events and ensuring sign-up sheets are turned in for compliance.

• Providing support to elderly attendees, aiding in seating arrangements and distribution of incentives.

• Collaborating with team members to understand their schedules and reporting to the local office as required.

• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite for data entry and organizational tasks.

• Balancing multiple tasks and managing timelines effectively. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word

• Proven ability in data entry tasks with high attention to detail

• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience for all stakeholders

• Experience in managing timelines to ensure project deadlines are met

• Strong organizational skills, particularly in organizing files both physically and digitally

• Ability to perform scanning tasks, ensuring documents are correctly digitized and stored

• Knowledge of shipping functions, including preparing, packaging, and sending items

• Strong team player who can also work independently when required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
