About Role

  • Develops, implements, and modifies a unified digital marketing strategy based on search engine research, monitoring, optimization, and analysis; drafts and distributes related documentation and materials.

  • Consistently meets key performance indicators (KPIs), project milestones, and other metrics, goals, and targets.

  • Oversees Google paid search campaigns including but not limited to bidding rules, ad and landing page optimizations, keyword / negative keyword expansion and display / video.

  • Manage budget, set up new branch locations, and get lead credits for Google Local Service

  • Test different ad creative, ad formats, audiences, etc. for optimal Facebook Ads performance.

  • Optimize performance on third party lead sites: Angi Leads, Angi, Yelp, etc.

  • Reviews, monitors, and reports on the overall performance of paid search KPIs: CTR, Cost/Conv, Impression share, etc.

  • Execute on SEO initiatives: link building, keyword research, etc.

  • Help generate online reviews

  • Track, report and analyze Google Analytics

  • Various daily, weekly, and monthly reporting

  • Perform lead attribution audits

  • Research and analysis of competitor online advertising

  • Maintains current knowledge of best practices and developments in digital marketing.

  • Works closely with Content Marketing Manager on needed content for campaign execution

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


About You

  • Experienced managing Google Ads PPC campaigns including bidding, keyword strategy display and video

  • SEO experience including link building, keyword research and landing page optimization

  • KPI reporting and metrics for Paid and Organic Traffic

  • HubSpot a big plus but not required
