Robert Half HR Coordinator in West Covina, California


A unique retail company in West Covina is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to start right away!

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an integral role supporting the recruiting function and contributes to the overall success of the team by providing a high-level candidate and customer experience, administrative support, and delivering operational excellence to the organization. This will include system support, data and process management, as well as hiring process coordination and improvements to ensure the highest level of candidate experience.

Responsibilities but not Limited to:

Assist with the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and processing new hire paperwork, including I-9 verification

Manage and maintain HR databases and personnel records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy, with an emphasis on ADP data management

Oversee the onboarding process, including orientation, training, and document verification

Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing through ADP

Address employee relations concerns and resolve grievances

Facilitate training and developmental programs

Oversee employee performance review cycles

Uphold compliance with labor standards and assist during audits or inspections


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant fields

Prior experience in HR or a related administrative role

In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and I-9 verification processes

Adept at multitasking with a keen eye for detail

Strong interpersonal and communication prowess

Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Proficient in HR software, including ADP, and Microsoft Office Suite

Bilingual highly desired (Mandarin/English)
