Robert Half CIAM Business Analyst in West Des Moines, Iowa
Description We are seeking a CIAM Business Analyst to join our team in the Life Insurance industry, based in West Des Moines, Iowa. This role is a unique opportunity to use your technical skills and data analysis abilities to enhance our customer identity and access management.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize your technical expertise and understanding of CIAM tools to improve identity proofing and management at an enterprise level.
• Engage effectively on highly technical projects, particularly those that involve implementing complex identity capabilities.
• Make recommendations on CIAM tools and solutions, acting as a product owner.
• Facilitate business value delivery and continuous improvement within an Agile framework.
• Break down complex business problems and requirements into actionable user stories.
• Ensure the quality assurance of CIAM solutions through rigorous testing.
• Conduct data analysis, interpreting data needs and turning findings into actionable business insights and requirements.
• Undertake technical analysis related to customer identity and access management.
• Manage and maintain accurate customer credit records.
• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency. Requirements • Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry, specifically in the life insurance sector.
• Expertise in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM).
• Strong knowledge and experience of Agile methodologies is essential.
• Excellent analytical skills with an ability to thoroughly understand and interpret business processes.
• Proficiency in using business intelligence tools and data analysis software.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to a variety of audiences.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines.
• Detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with IT compliance and risk management requirements in the insurance industry.
