• Responding to customer queries and concerns through inbound calls

• Ensuring prompt and accurate processing of customer claims

• Applying strong data entry skills for efficient and precise record keeping

• Utilizing MS Word, MS Excel, and Microsoft Outlook to manage and organize work

• Upholding quality assurance standards to deliver exceptional customer service

• Embracing a fast-paced work environment, demonstrating an ability to adapt and thrive

• Utilizing strong phone skills to effectively communicate with customers

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role

• Strong customer centric mindset

• Experience in claims processing is a plus

• Strong data entry skills

• Familiarity with quality assurance procedures

• Typing speed of 45-60 words per minute is preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well under pressure and handle customer complaints effectively
