Description
Robert Half, is immediately hiring a Customer Service Representative for one of our distinguished clients who is in their peak business period of the year. You could be an integral part of an important 4-6 week project, primarily answering inbound phone calls related to survey data dispatch by our client.
Your Day-To-Day Duties Will Include:
Handling inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries with professionalism.
Discussing and explaining survey data details provided by our client.
Inputting call details and customer data into the company system following all calls.
Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and prompt resolution of customer concerns.
Requirements
• Proficient in data entry tasks
• Experience providing technical support to customers
• Experience with email correspondence
