Organize and route incoming telephone calls
Field and send written business correspondence
Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Solid understanding of Call Center Customer Service
Skills in Prior Call Center
Previous experience working with Previous Call Center
Quality experience with call centers
HS Diploma experience highly desired
Good understanding of Inbound Call Center
Proven knowledge of Microsoft
Knowledge of customer service
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
Comprehension of Inbound Call Center
Deep understanding of Wpm
General familiarity with Microsoft Excel
Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Office Suites
Earlier work involving Call Center Operations
GED Equivalent experience
Wide ranging experience with Call Center Metrics
Ability to use multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism
Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
Sound written and verbal communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills
