Description
We are seeking a meticulous Data Entry Clerk for our retail location in West Jordan, Utah. This role involves working within various internal teams, managing multiple databases, and ensuring effective communication with our partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for uploading orders into our ERP system, keeping up with order updates, and swiftly addressing any issues that may delay order processing.
Responsibilities:
• Navigate between various database software to obtain live order updates
• Share order updates accurately with internal teams and partners on a regular basis
• Collaborate with various internal teams to guarantee partner SLAs are met at every step of the order process
• Manually upload orders into the company ERP (NetSuite)
• Respond promptly and take action on issues that may cause delays in order processing
• Communicate effectively with our 3PL DC’s regarding missing and delayed orders
• Use Computer Data Entry, Data Entry - Numeric, Perform Data Entry, Typing Data Entry, Multi Task, e-Commerce, and Netsuite CRM skills in daily tasks.
Requirements • Proficiency in computer data entry and numeric data entry.
• Demonstrated ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Typing skills with a focus on data entry.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, preferably in a retail setting.
• Familiarity with NetSuite and Netsuite CRM.
• Previous experience in a data entry role within the retail or furniture industry is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
