Robert Half Product Manager in West Memphis, Arkansas
Description We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to join our team based in West Memphis, Arkansas. This role will focus on product engineering, particularly on product management and the product cycle through the supply chain. This role will also involve the use of various ERP solutions and management systems, including SAP. It is a permanent position offering an exciting opportunity for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
• Engage in the processing and analyzing of customer credit applications
• Maintain accurate records of customer credit
• Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely and effective manner
• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate actions to collect delinquent payments
• Utilize ERP systems to manage and analyze procurement data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage projects related to the global supply chain
• Use Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Microsoft Excel, for various office functions
• Ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures in all procurement activities
• Handle materials and oversee their movement through the supply chain
• Maintain proper documentation of all procurement activities. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a procurement analyst role or similar position
• Proficient in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions
• Familiarity with Management Systems
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites
• Experience with 'About Time' software is advantageous
• Strong understanding of compliance and documentation procedures
• Experience in materials handling and office functions
• Ability to manage cross-functional project management
• Knowledge of global supply chain processes
• Proficiency in SAP software
• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred.
