Robert Half Customer Success Specialist in West Middlesex, Pennsylvania
Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Success Specialist in WEST MIDDLESEX, Pennsylvania. As part of the manufacturing industry, this role involves managing customer communications, maintaining data systems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Manage customer interactions through email correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional responses
• Monitor customer orders, inventory, and pricing, updating customers on their status as necessary
• Use computer programs and CRM systems, such as Salesforce, to maintain accurate customer records
• Perform data entry tasks, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date
• Utilize strong communication skills to professionally address customer inquiries
• Assist customers by answering inbound calls and providing relevant information
• Research data in the system to provide accurate and timely information to customers
• Work collaboratively within a team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Utilize email communication skills to effectively correspond with customers and team members. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer success or similar role within the manufacturing industry
• Proficient in computer programs, including CRM and Salesforce environments
• Experience with answering inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Demonstrated ability to assist customers, providing exceptional customer service
• Proficiency in email communications and correspondence
• Experience with data entry and ability to perform data entry tasks accurately
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Must have a customer-oriented attitude and a team player mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent required, higher education or certifications in relevant fields appreciated
