Robert Half is seeking an exceptional Controller for an industrial setting. We need an innovative, detail-oriented individual who provides superior financial leadership overseeing all accounting functions, including planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all accounting operational functions
Oversee financial results preparation for management reporting
Drive the budgeting processes
Industry regulations adherence
Supervise Accounting staff
Collaborate with executive team and partners to make efficient and effective firm-wide operation
Track and evaluate day-to-day activities

Requirements
The ideal candidate will likely possess:
5+ years of similar accounting leadership experience
Solid budgeting/forecasting experience
Experience in an manufacturing/industrial and/or distribution setting
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is ideal, but not required
Excellent Excel skills
