Description
Our client, a leading organization in the Consumer Goods space, is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist. This role is focused on a research-based collections approach, requiring deep investigation skills to resolve outstanding accounts. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in AR collections, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of client accounts with a strong emphasis on collections
Conduct thorough research to resolve outstanding balances and disputes
Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify and resolve billing discrepancies
Document all collections activities and maintain detailed records
Develop and execute strategies for timely collections and account reconciliation
Requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience in accounts receivable collections, with a focus on research and investigation
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interactions
Proficiency in SAP and MS. Excel
