Description
We are seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our team and provide exceptional support for our new ETL application. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the ETL process, acting as a first line of defense for our end-users.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users regarding the ETL application.
Troubleshoot and diagnose application issues to identify root causes and implement solutions.
Escalate complex issues to the vendor when necessary.
Maintain clear and concise communication with end-users to resolve inquiries and updates.
Stay up-to-date on the latest functionalities and best practices for the ETL application.
