Description
We are on the lookout for a proficient Project Manager in the heart of West Palm Beach, Florida. This role offers the chance to lead and manage complex projects within a dynamic environment. The focus will be on ERP implementation and system migrations, making this an ideal role for those with strong experience in these areas. Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage ERP implementations and system migrations, ensuring projects are completed from start to finish
• Coordinate and manage the implementation of department and city-wide programs and systems
• Serve as the central point of coordination for the implementation of systems affecting inter-departmental operations
• Develop and modify project plans and specifications as required to achieve established goals and objectives
• Communicate regularly with employees and management regarding the status of current project initiatives, obtaining guidance and approval as needed to advance initiatives
• Ensure all project requirements and objectives are properly documented
• Facilitate effective communication with project stakeholders
• Manage project level Lessons Learned and attend post-project review meetings to identify key areas of improvement
• Provide internal consulting regarding goal attainment by department, division, or organization
• Assist in the preparation and administration of project budgets
• Utilize skills in Atlassian Jira, Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, Agile Scrum, Budget Processes
Please note, while PMP certification is highly valued, it is not mandatory for this role
Requirements • Proficient in Atlassian Jira
• Skilled in Cisco Technologies
• Knowledge of Cloud Technologies
• Experience with CRM systems
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Agile Scrum methodology expertise
• Understanding of Budget Processes
• Proven experience in a project management role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
