Description You could work onsite as a Senior Project Manager in the Local Government industry by joining our local client's existing team. This long-term contract / temporary employment opportunity is based in the West Palm Beach, Florida area. Key responsibilities
Lead cross functional projects across a variety of functions or systems
Develop complex project plans with key milestones, and execute on those plans
Ensure project priorities align with strategies and objectives
Assign the right people with the right skills at the right time
Recognize and resolve risks proactively
Comprehend and manage project interdependencies Requirements - Technical skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, etc.) and JIRA or similar application
Prior experience leading Agile delivery teams, projects and programs
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization
Knowledge of utilizing resource tools to manage capacity, forecast, demand and allocation of people
Skilled in leading medium to large custom and/or complex software development and/or implementation projects
5+ years of project management experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of education and work experience
