Responsibilities:
Seek and identify business opportunities, focusing on the State and Local Government and Educational market segments.
Conduct comprehensive research on clients, competitors, and market trends, delivering insightful findings to leadership.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, teaming partners, and community influencers.
Monitor and manage business development opportunities, crafting strategic pursuit plans.
Gather and analyze information on potential clients and projects to inform decision-making processes.
Implement quality control measures to ensure the effectiveness of business development procedures, and create detailed pursuit planning documents.
Develop compelling qualification, proposal, and presentation messaging and content.
Lead efforts in preparing presentations for client engagements.
Coordinate firm leadership schedules for regular client interactions, maintaining strong professional connections.
Engage actively with client organizations and uphold a robust professional network.
Collaborate with technical staff to produce proposals, scopes of work, and fee estimates.

Requirements
Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
Experience with Costpoint for project accounting management
Knowledge of DCAA compliance and regulations
Familiarity with Deltek for project and business management
Ability to utilize a Management System for various functions
Experience in About Time for managing mobile resources
Proficiency in handling Accounting Functions
Knowledge of Compliance regulations and standards
Ability to create accurate and comprehensive Documentation
Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration
Proficiency in Marketing Management
Experience in creating Marketing Material
Knowledge of developing Proposals - RFPs
Familiarity with RFQ Process
Experience in working with Public Sector Organizations
Proficiency in Business Development strategies and tactics
Strong Business Development Skills
