NEW OPPORTUNITY: HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER - OPEN POSITION

We are seeking an experienced and talented individual to fill our client's Human Resource Manager role. This pivotal team member will not only facilitate extensive HR objectives including but not limited to policy establishment, employee relationship management, recruitment, and augmenting employee engagement but also ensure adherence to 245D and other employment legislation. Reporting to the HR Director, the candidate will have an opportunity to work within a highly regarded service provider, overseen by the Department of Human Services.

Job Status:

Full-time, Exempt

Hybrid Work Environment:

2-3 days in office per week

Requirements

Educational and Experience Requirements:

● Credentials such as PHR, SHPR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP would be an asset.

● A minimum of five years of HR management experience required.

● 3-years or more of experience working with programs directed towards vulnerable adults.

● At least two years of recruitment experience.

● Prior experience in a 245D or similar social services set up would be ideal.

Required Skills and Competencies:

● proficiency in conflict resolution, communication, and time management.

● A verifiable track record in managing human resource programs.

● Excellent skills in project and process management.

● Proficiency in Google Suite tools, HRIS/ ATS systems such as CBIZ/Centrally HR, Paylocity, and Dayforce required.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

● Coordinating with the HR Director to understand and implement the organization's goals specific to staffing, recruiting, and retention.

● Ensuring company-wide compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

● Staying informed about trends, best practices, regulatory changes in HR, talent management, and employment law.

Salary:

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
