Description
Robert Half Legal Permanent Placement is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience in General Corporate and Transactional Law for their Providence, RI area client. The ideal candidate should be proficient in entity formation, commercial real estate transactions, leasing, borrower-side financing, and mergers and acquisitions. A willingness to learn and adapt to new areas of corporate law is a must. This role demands strong writing, drafting, communications and organizing skills. The ability to work constructively and harmoniously in a team environment is a crucial attribute.
Responsibilities:
Handle various aspects of corporate law including entity formations, commercial real estate transactions, leasing, borrower-side financing, and mergers and acquisitions.
Draft and review legal documents as required.
Report to several attorneys based on the requirements of the project.
Contribute to the team's effort by accomplishing related duties as needed
Requirements
Requirements:
A law degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the State Bar.
2-5 years of experience in Corporate and Transactional law.
Knowledge of civil litigation and corporate governance.
Strong problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent ability to follow instructions and respond to management directives.
