Robert Half Finance and Accounting is searching for a Payroll and Benefits Manager for one of our top clients in central Westchester County, NY. The Payroll and Benefits Manager sits within the HR department and provides management, direction, and administration for all of the North American offices including, but not limited to: payroll, benefits, disability, worker's compensation as well as general data management in the HRIS systems. Specific responsibilities include:
Processing multi-state payroll for 300+ salaried and hourly employees using ADP
Manage and oversee employee files and benefit information
