Description
Rapidly growing software company is actively seeking a dynamic, energetic Director of Sales to drive forecast accuracy, sales productivity, and efficiencies. This position will interact at all levels of the organization and will hold a key leadership role. The Director of Sales will drive sales optimization development of all reporting, analytics, sales forecasting, territory planning, sales process mapping, and budget management.
The ideal candidate will have significant sales operations and analytics experience. Qualified candidates will have experience building and scaling Sales Operations in a high-growth environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business Field, MBA a plus
7-10+ years of B2B sales experience, with 5 years in the Identity and Security Management market
