Description • Assistance and training on PRQ process. This includes training new users on the system and policies, along with overview of submitted PRQ’s to ensure they are complete and accurate. • Support the analysis of purchase order requisitions being initiated within company policy. • Ownership of vendor master and master data governance • Analysis and reporting of AP processes and procedures including statistical tracking of trends. • Assistance with Concur analyzing, auditing and reporting. • Responsible for managing the P-card process. • T& E credit card program administrator • Assistance with month end accrual • Support review of invoice submission • Assistance with payment batches • Support and guidance to AP staff • Assist P2P Manager with project and assignments as needed Requirements Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent combined education and work experience is required. 5-7 years prior Accounts Payable experience required. Prior experience with Concur required. Prior experience with p-card programs preferred. Excellent oral & written communication skills. Strong organizational & analytical skills (including Microsoft Excel – pivot tables, v-lookups, etc). Ability to function effectively in a team environment. Prior experience using Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP platform or similar platform.
