We currently have an open position for a well-organized and inspired Front Desk Coordinator who is looking to grow their career in the financial investment industry. You will be a key player leading the lobby area at a growing financial investment firm. How you will make an impact by excelling at :
• Greet and direct all visitors including vendors, clients and customers
• Ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures
• Handle special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants
What we're looking for
• Incoming phone call management skills required
• Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred
• Excellent social skills and ability to collaborate effectively required
