This Customer Service Representative job is long-term contract / temporary, and fully REMOTE. This is a great position for you, if you thrive in a dynamic, rapidly-changing call center. You will be a retention customer service representative - all calls retaining to client and customer satisfaction. Experience is needed!
Major responsibilities
May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Manage incoming telephone calls
Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion
Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications
Requirements
Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment
Strong customer service and office administrative skills
Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods
Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
Strong technical skills including proficiency with MS Office
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
5+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired
Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
Experience with Analytical Skills
Interpersonal Skills experience highly valued
Background working with Communication Skills
Demonstrated knowledge of About Time
Quality experience highly desired
Financial Notes experience highly preferred
Customer retention experience highly desired
Deep understanding of Salesforce Platform
Adeptness in Inbound Outbound Calls
Comprehension of Go
Foundational knowledge in Customer loyalty
Trend Analysis experience desired
General familiarity with Workstation Support
Knowledge of SketchUp 3D
Prior experience with Internal Departments
Previous experience working with Customer Support
Practical knowledge of negotiation
Hands-on experience with Loan Renewal Processes
Proficiency in management
Earlier work involving Stakeholders
Mindset Software experience preferred
Good understanding of Best Practices
Planning Processes experience preferred
