Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Order Administration Support role. This role is situated within our team based in Burlingame, California, 94010, United States. The primary function of this role is to assist in the processing and management of customer credit applications within the HR Administration industry.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer credit accounts.
• Efficiently handle and resolve customer inquiries related to their credit applications.
• Monitor customer credit accounts, ensuring all information is correct and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with the team as well as work autonomously to ensure all tasks are completed.
• Demonstrate ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures.
• Use the 'About Time' software for timekeeping and scheduling tasks.
• Utilize skills in 'Financial Notes' to accurately record financial transactions.
• Conduct phone screens as part of the customer inquiry resolution process.
• Prepare and handle customer records and documents in 'PDF' format. Requirements • Proficiency in HR administration is required
• Knowledge and experience with 'About Time' software is necessary
• Familiarity with financial notes is expected
• Ability to handle and manage PDF documents effectively
• Proficiency in conducting phone screens is required
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
