Description
Our client, a market leading company based in Westwood, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator. This role calls for a professional who can manage and oversee contracts, handle contractual agreements, and work collaboratively with team members to ensure the fulfillment of contract terms. This is a hybrid role, meaning you'll have the flexibility to work remotely and also from our Westwood office.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and manage contracts with clients, vendors, partners, etc.
Understand and communicate contract terms to stakeholders.
Negotiate contract details with external parties.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Prepare contracts for renewals and extensions.
Liaise with company's legal department to address any potential contract issues.
Maintain detailed record of all contracts and contractual terms for future reference.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or a similar role within a corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of contract law and its application in a business context.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency with contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
