Description
Our client, a market leading company based in Westwood, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Contract Manager to join their team. The role calls for a talented professional capable of managing, drafting, and negotiating various types of contracts, maintaining great relationships with suppliers, and implementing strategic plans. This is a hybrid role and the successful candidate will have the flexibility to work both remotely and from the Westwood office.
Key Responsibilities:
Negotiate contract terms with partners and customers to optimize value for the company.
Prepare, analyze, and revise contracts involving leases, licenses, purchases, sales, and more.
Ensure contractual obligations are understood and fulfilled by all parties.
Use industry knowledge to determine potential risks and collaborate with other departments to develop risk mitigation strategies.
Maintain relationships with suppliers and customers while addressing any issues or grievances.
Collaborate with legal personnel to ensure all contracts comply with laws and regulations.
Implement strategies to improve contract management processes.
Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss contractual issues, improvements, and achievements.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience in contract management or a related field
Proficient in drafting, revising, and negotiating contract terms
Excellent communication, decision making, negotiation, and analytical skills
