Robert Half Technology is looking for a Desktop Support Technician for one of our clients in Westwood, CA. This Desktop Support Technician position performs tasks related to the repair of a variety of technology-based products typically associated in an end-user computing environment. If you are a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for working in an innovative environment, you will thrive in this position. Below are the following responsibilities for the Desktop Support Technician position.
Have experience working in a Windows environment
Experience performing break/fix on Windows and Mac workstations
Experience performing Windows Migrations
Expected interaction between internal and external employees
Experience with troubleshooting PC Computers
Customer service skills
Use of ticketing systems, handling 5-10 tickets per day
Experience setting up desktop/laptop peripherals
Must be able to perform break/fix on Windows workstations
Must be set up Windows workstations for new hires
Must be able to troubleshoot and set up printer related issues
