Robert Half Systems Administrator in Westwood, Massachusetts
Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Systems Administrator in the IT Services industry, based in Westwood, Massachusetts. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining our internal IT systems, handling a range of responsibilities from end-user support to server administration.
Responsibilities:
• Administration and monitoring of internal IT systems, including servers and cloud-based applications
• Provision of end-user support, including troubleshooting and resolving user inquiries
• Management of Microsoft Office, Azure, AD, and InTune applications
• Implementation and management of Single Sign-On (SSO) and Dynamic Groups in Microsoft Azure
• Ownership and expansion of security tools within the organization
• Support for C-level executives, ensuring their IT needs are met promptly and efficiently
• Administration and monitoring of AWS infrastructure
• Maintenance of connections to Westwood, co-located data center in Boston, AWS, and other offices
• Participation in interesting projects such as Teams clean up and implementation of additional SSO
• Utilization of skills in Active Directory, Computer Hardware, System Administration, Linux System Administration, O 365, Single Sign-On, Microsoft Azure, Windows Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Intune, Windows Intune, Azure Active Directory, and Provide Technical Support. Requirements • Demonstrable proficiency in Active Directory
• Solid knowledge of Computer Hardware
• Strong skills in System Administration
• Experience in Linux System Administration
• Proficient in Microsoft O 365
• Expertise in Single Sign-On implementation
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Windows Azure
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Proficient in the use of Intune and Windows Intune
• Demonstrable ability to work with Azure Active Directory
• Ability to provide technical support to users
• Relevant IT certifications or equivalent work experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
