Our client in the North Hills is looking for a FT lease administrator. This is a contract opportunity for 4-6 months and pays $27 hourly. Hours are flexible, 8am-5pm or 7am-4pm, with an hour unpaid lunch. Start date is mid to late September. This is an opportunity that will turn hybrid after training, 2 days remote, 3 days onsite.

This role supports lease administration, lessor relations and accounting. The individual must be very organized, detail oriented and be very proficient in Exce, strong data entry skills a plus. Primary responsibilities will include lease intake, analysis, and processing; interaction with lessors and response to lessor inquiries; processing lease and royalty payments; and assignment and intake of abstracts and title opinions from brokers and outside counsel. The ideal candidate will be trained in the specific duties and requirements of the position, but must be able to work independently with little supervision.

• College degree or pursuit of a college degree required

• Excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of attention to detail with a strong desire to exceed expectations
