Robert Half Financial Analyst in White Bear Lake, Minnesota

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst to join our team in the retail industry, based in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. The role will be hybrid, allowing for a mix of remote and office work.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills to analyze and interpret financial data

• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes to aid in business decisions and strategy development

• Employ NetSuite and other relevant software to maintain and manage financial records and transactions

• Handle full cycle accounting tasks and ensure financial data accuracy

• Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying trends and potential areas of improvement

• Collaborate with team members to share insights, develop financial strategies, and support growth initiatives

• Assist in the development of financial plans and in the identification of financial risks and opportunities

• Participate in the creation of reports and presentations for management regarding financial insights and updates

• Ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines in all operations

• Continually enhance knowledge and skills within the financial field, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Financial Analyst

• Must possess strong skills in Budgeting and Forecasting

• Should have experience in Full Cycle Accounting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required

• Experience with NetSuite is an advantage

• Must have skills in Financial Modeling

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field is required

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation

• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations essential

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
