Our client in Westchester County is in need of an interim Cash Manager. This interim Cash Manager will be responsible for managing the general ledger relating to cash activities, cash reconciliations, accounts payables, lease funding, and internal and external cash transfers. The daily responsibilities of the interim Cash Manager will include:

*Prepare daily cash journal entries in Excel and upload to general ledger

*Reconcile cash activities per bank and general ledger on a daily basis

*Set up wire/ACH/check payments for lease funding and payable invoices and record the payment transactions in the form of journal entries in general ledger.

*Work effectively with our internal members and external business partners to ensure cash transactions are properly processed and accounted for

*Review external and internal invoices and obtain approval from management

*Draft and send intercompany invoices and monitor the collections

*Mail income tax filings to respective states and make payments

*Gather audit request items monthly/quarterly reporting items and audit request items as



*Accounting degree

*A minimum of five years cash management experience

*Experience with high volume journal entries

*Strong Excel skills

*Great Plains ERP experience preferred
