Robert Half Senior CRM Marketing Manager in White Plains, New York
Description We are in search of an Email Marketing Manager to join our team in WHITE PLAINS, New York. The role will focus on the retail industry, with a specific emphasis on developing and implementing email marketing strategies across our retail locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end email marketing programs and utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement email marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and sales.
• Manage all aspects of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including automations, segmentation, journey building, and campaign execution.
• Oversee the entire email marketing program lifecycle, from planning and execution to performance analysis and optimization.
• Utilize data-driven insights to segment the customer base effectively and personalize email content to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B tests to optimize email performance, including subject lines, content, and CTAs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, e-commerce, and IT, to ensure alignment of email marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of email campaigns and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure email marketing campaigns comply with relevant laws and regulations. Requirements • Proven experience in the retail industry, particularly in an Email Marketing Manager role or similar
• Proficiency in CRM and Database management
• Extensive knowledge of Email Service Provider operations
• Demonstrable experience in AB Testing
• Solid understanding of Campaign Planning strategies and techniques
• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing and Marketing Cloud
• Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms
• Familiarity with Marketing Automation Software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred Innovation starts with people.®
