Our client in the Westchester County, NY area has an immediate need for a Senior Accountant Consultant with Yardi expertise. The Senior Accountant Consultant in this role will help guide our client with reconciliations and year end clean-up of their books in conjunction with a recent implementation of Yardi Voyager.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the accuracy of entries to ledger accounts and reconciling subsidiary ledger accounts to the general ledger.

• Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.

• Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly close processes.

• Contributing to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performance projections.

• Assisting in guiding staff on Yardi Voyager system.

• Conducting the transition of data from the old system to Yardi.

• Undertaking the task of year-end cleanup.

• Assisting with the preparation of monthly and year-end closings.

• Ensuring compliance with all internal processes.
