Description

Sales Activities: Engaging with potential customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings to sell the company's tech products or services.

Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities through research and inbound inquiries.

Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics set by the company.

Product Knowledge: Maintaining a deep understanding of the company's offerings and staying updated on industry trends and competitive products.

Collaboration: Working closely with the marketing team to align on strategies and the customer support team to ensure client satisfaction.

Sales Tools: Utilizing CRM software and other sales tools to track activities, manage leads, and report on sales performance.

Communication Skills: Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the value of products and services.

Requirements

  1. Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is often preferred.
  2. Experience:

    • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the tech industry.

    • Experience with sales processes, lead generation, and customer relationship management.

  3. Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.

    • Basic understanding of the company's technology and products.

  4. Sales Skills:

    • Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    • Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

  5. Communication Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.

  6. Analytical Skills:

    • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategies.

    • Problem-solving skills to address client issues and optimize sales processes.

  7. Organizational Skills:

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks.

    • Attention to detail for managing sales records and reporting.

  8. Personal Attributes:

    • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to work.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  9. Additional Requirements:

    • Familiarity with the tech industry and its products or services.

    • Willingness to continually learn and adapt to new sales techniques and technologies.
